












Rina Sen is a certified Health and Fitness coach from Dinaz Fitness Academy. She is an avid sportsperson, who has represented Rest of India, Tamilnadu State and Madras University in Basketball: Tamilnadu State and Madras University in Cricket, besides taking an active interest in other sports. With her vast experience of having played several sports, she has the knowledge to train fellow women stay active and motivated. She retired as an Officer from one of the Nationalised Banks and is also a professional Home Baker. It is her passion and desire to help senior ladies in increasing their mobility, improving strength and boosting their confidence by making fitness enjoyable and sustainable.
